Dr Janeil Hall

Dr Janeil Hall graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine (BMed) from the University of Newcastle in 1986. She is a highly skilled general practitioner with extensive experience in all aspects of general practice.

Dr Hall is a compassionate GP in West Hobart holding over 3 decades of experience in General Practice, Family Health and School Health. She is keenly interested in Preventative Medicine, Child Health, Adolescent Health and Women’s Health. She is also highly skilled in Nutritional Medicine and Mindfulness Therapy.

Other than practicing in general practice, Janeil loves to travel and has 4 children who followed their mother’s footsteps and became doctors as well.

Dr Mohammad Jabbarpour

Dr Mohammad is a highly experienced and dedicated General Practitioner who graduated from medical school in 2005. He has been practising in Australia for over 13 years, providing comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families.

In 2018, he was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

Dr Mohammad is committed to delivering holistic care across all areas of General Practice, with particular interests in:

  • Chronic disease management, including diabetes, asthma, and emphysema
  • Chronic pain assessment and management
  • Minor surgical procedures, including skin cancer excisions and flaps, Implanon insertions and removals, ingrown toenail treatment, and cryotherapy for skin lesions

Dr Joseph Chester Malaca​

Dr. Joseph Chester Malaca obtained his degree as Doctor of Medicine at the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines in 2013. He has worked for more than a decade in Public Hospitals in the Philippines catering to all sorts of patients from pediatric to geriatric outpatient care.

Dr. Malaca provides compassionate and empathic care among his patients. His fields of interest are Chronic Diseases particularly Hypertension and Diabetes management, Preventive Medicine, Respiratory and Gastrointestinal health.

Other than his medical practice, Chester loves music and previously was an active band member way back in his college days. He is also an avid gamer in his spare time. 

Dr Pulak Gupta

Dr Pulak Gupta brings a wealth of international and Australian medical experience of several years to her role as a GP. She began her career in India across multiple hospital specialties, followed by practicing  as General Practitioner in Dubai, and later worked in Australian hospitals as a Medicine Registrar with exposure to Emergency Medicine and General Surgery.She is currently undertaking formal GP training in Australia toward Fellowship and specialist recognition.

Her clinical interests include chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular risk), acute presentations, complex adult medicine, preventive health and screening, women’s health and care coordination. She also has a strong interest in geriatric medicine and palliative care, providing compassionate, holistic support for older adults.

Dr Gupta is committed to evidence-based practice, thorough assessment, and clear communication, supporting patients with personalized and long-term healthcare.

Dr Gupta speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi, allowing her to support patients from diverse cultural backgrounds with comfort and confidence.

Dr Arutchelvan Manickam

Dr. Manickam (Mani) graduated from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in 2013 with a Bachelor of Medical Studies and Doctor of Medicine (BMed/MD).

With extensive clinical experience across all states of Australia, Dr. Manickam brings a broad and well-rounded perspective to his medical practice. He has developed particular expertise in urgent care, emergency medicine, and aged care.
