At Newdegate Street Health Centre (NSHC), we are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare and maintaining a supportive, respectful environment for our community. Due to rising operational costs, we have made the difficult decision to adjust our consultation fees after maintaining our current fee structure for the past year and a half. These changes will help us continue to provide the level of care you expect, with longer appointment times, consistent care from your regular doctor, and a well-supported healthcare team. We are hopeful that upcoming government changes to bulk billing will increase access to bulk-billed appointments, including for patients over 15 and those without concession entitlements. In the meantime, bulk billing remains available for children, pensioners, and healthcare card holders. If you’re facing financial hardship, please speak to our reception staff so we can assist you in ensuring you receive the care you need. Your health remains our top priority.
